Set up receipt printers for online orders

The Online Setup Printer tab configures the receipt printers used for online orders, pickup and delivery. The layout and setup process match the Instore tab: two independent printers (packing slip and payment receipt), one selection per station. Configure this tab separately, in-store printer settings don't carry over to online orders.

Best practice. A single printer can handle both in-store and online receipts, but many stores dedicate a separate printer for online packing slips so pickup runners can grab them from a fixed spot without interrupting the register. If that fits your workflow, assign a distinct printer here rather than the same one used for in-store.

See Set up receipt printers for in-store orders for the sibling tab that configures in-store register printing, and Set up your POS hardware for the full Hardware section overview.
