Ethernet connection is the preferred method for connecting the Pin Pad to the internet.
Ensure the Pin Pad is connected to the same network as the POS system.
1. Exit The Payment Application
Press the Red "X" (Cancel) Button on the Pin-Pad's physical keypad
Then select "OK"
2. Access Settings
3. Select Network & Internet
4. Select Ethernet
5. Toggle on Ethernet
6. Exit the settings
Repeatedly pressing the Red "X" (Cancel) key on the keypad until you return to the Android home screen.
Then, reopen the TSYS Sierra or TransIT Payment application.
