🎁 Enabling Gift Cards

Quickvee allows you to create, use, and manage gift cards directly from the POS. Once enabled, store owners can load credit onto blank gift cards, which can be scanned to pull up the remaining balance during checkout.

⚠️ Note: You must have the correct permissions enabled to access Station Settings.

✅ How to Enable Gift Cards

1. From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit PIN access code to log in.
2. On the Quickvee Home Screen, tap Station Settings.
3. Tap Register Settings.
4. Scroll to Payment Methods.
5. Toggle the box next to Gift Cards to enable them.
6. Tap Save at the bottom.

💳 What Happens Next?

Once gift cards are enabled:

• The Gift Card option will appear on the payment screen during checkout.
• Store owners or employees can load credit onto physical gift cards.
• Gift cards can be scanned at checkout to apply available balances to orders.
