Customers earn loyalty points when purchasing eligible products. These points are automatically saved to the customer's profile and can be used later at the register to apply discounts toward future purchases. Cashiers can apply loyalty points either for the full order total or as a partial payment combined with another payment method.

Enter your 4-digit PIN to unlock the system.

Tap Register.

Add the desired products to the cart.

Search for and select the customer to attach them to the order.

Tap Pay to proceed to the payment screen.

If the customer wants to pay the full amount of the order using loyalty points:

Tap Loyalty.

The transaction will complete automatically using the available points.

If the customer wants to use only a partial amount of loyalty points:

Tap the amount field and adjust the amount to the specific dollar amount the customer wants to use from their loyalty points.

Tap Loyalty to apply the selected amount.

Complete the remaining balance using another payment method (such as cash, credit, debit, etc.) through a split payment.

The order is now complete, and loyalty points have been successfully applied!
