🎁 Edit & Manage Gift Cards

Quickvee makes it easy to manage your store’s gift cards directly through the POS system. You can:

• 💳 View gift card balances
• ➕ Add or ➖ remove credit from gift cards
• 📜 Review gift card transaction history

⚠️ Note: To manage gift cards, the employee must have permission enabled for Gift Card Settings under their 4-digit PIN access code.

🛠️ How to Edit & Manage Gift Cards

1. From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit PIN access code.
2. From the Quickvee Home Screen, tap More.
3. Tap Gift Card.

A list of all active gift cards will appear.

✏️ Add or Remove Balance

1. Use the search bar to manually enter a gift card number to find it or scan the gift card.
2. Tap anywhere on the specific gift card you'd like to edit.
3. Tap Add or Remove.
4. Enter the amount you'd like to add to or remove from the balance.
5. Tap Apply.

The gift card’s balance will now reflect the update.

📖 View Gift Card History

1. Find the desired gift card from the list.
2. Tap View Details next to the gift card.

You’ll now see the full transaction history including:

• ✅ Date & time of each change
• ➕/➖ Amount added or removed
• 🧾 Any time the card was used for a purchase
• 💼 Updated remaining balance
