๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Rear Display Settings

The rear display allows your customer to view and interact with their order using a customer-facing screen. It can show:

  • Cart details
  • Total amount
  • Discounts
  • Potential and rewarded points
  • Loyalty program signup
  • Staff rating

All of this is configurable under Rear Display Settings.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How to Set Up the Rear Display

  1. From the Quickvee Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit access code.

  2. Tap Station Settings.
  3. Tap Rear Display and Enable Rear Display to activate the rear display screen.

  4. Choose whether to enable or disable touchscreen functionality:

  • Enabled โ€“ The customer can interact with the screen (e.g., enter their phone number, rate your staff)
  • Disabled โ€“ The screen will display info only.
  1. Under "Enter Customer Phone Number Entry", choose an option:

    • Rear Display โ€“ The customer enters their phone number.
    • Pinpad โ€“ The employee asks for the phone number and enters it manually.
  2. Choose whether customers are allowed to rate your staff.

    • Track overall customer satisfaction

    • Reward top performing employees based on average ratings

    • Real time feedback during transactions with zero slow down during checkout

  3. Under "Message on Rear Display", enter a custom message that will appear on the customer-facing screen. (Optional)

  4. Tap Save to apply your settings.
