💳 Processing a Cash EBT Transaction

Quickvee supports Cash EBT transactions directly through the POS system, making it simple and seamless for eligible customers to pay using their EBT card.

⚠️ Note: Cash EBT must be enabled in your system before use. Follow this guide to enable it.

🛒 How to Process a Cash EBT Payment

1. From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit PIN access code.
2. On the Quickvee Home Screen, tap Register.
3. Add the customer’s items to the cart.
4. When the cart is ready, tap Pay.
5. On the Payment Screen, tap EBT Cash.

   🕵️‍♂️ If “EBT Cash” is greyed out, it has not been enabled. Enable it in Station Settings.

6. The transaction will now be sent to the credit card terminal as a Cash EBT transaction.
7. The customer can swipe their EBT card and will be prompted to enter their EBT PIN.

✅ That’s It!

Once approved, the sale will be completed and recorded in the system as a Cash EBT transaction.
