🏦 Apply Store Credit

When ringing up a customer who would like to apply store credit to their order, follow these steps:

  1. Add the Customer to the Order:

    • In the top right of the Register screen, tap Add Customer.
    • Enter the customer’s phone number or email address and tap Search.

  2. Check Store Credit:

    • If the customer has store credit, the available amount will appear on the Store Credit button.How to Apply Store Credit-02.jpg
  3. Apply Store Credit:

    • To apply the store credit to the order, enter the dollar amount you want to apply into the number pad.
    • Tap the Store Credit button.
  4. Review Order Details:

    • The order details will now reflect the store credit applied, showing how much of the total was covered by the credit.
