Keeping track of inventory changes is important for accountability. Quickvee allows you to require employees to provide a reason when creating Instant Purchase Orders (POs). This reason will be saved under the employee's profile for future reference.
✅ Prerequisite
Ensure you have permissions enabled to access the Dashboard under your employee PIN.
🔐 Set Up Required Descriptions for Instant POs

From the Quickvee Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit access code.

Tap Dashboard from the home screen.

Tap Store Settings.

Tap Inventory Settings.

Enable the option "Require Description for Instant POs".

Tap Save to apply the change.
