Purchase Orders (POs) allow you to notify your vendors of items you need to reorder. Once your order is received, completing the PO in Quickvee will update your inventory automatically.
✅ Completing a Purchase Order

From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit access code.

Tap Inventory on the Quickvee home screen.

Tap Purchase Order.

Locate and tap the purchase order you want to complete.

Under the "To Receive" column, enter the quantity received for each item.

Tap Receive All to confirm the items have been received.

Inventory quantities will now update accordingly.
✏️ Editing a Purchase Order

Tap Edit PO.

Make any necessary changes (e.g., item quantities, product details).

Tap Update to save your changes.
