Quickvee gives you flexible options for verifying a customer’s age at checkout. You can choose to verify by scanning an ID or with manual prompts that require the cashier to check birthday and ID expiration.

From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit pin access code.

Tap Dashboard.

Tap Store Settings.

Tap Inventory Settings.

Enable or disable ID Scanning:

If enabled, the cashier can scan the customer’s ID to automatically verify age and ID expiration.

If ID Scanning is disabled, you can:

Enable Birthday Prompt

Enable ID Expiration Date Prompt
These will display manual verification prompts when a product requiring age verification is added.

Tap Save.
✅ Age verification is now active based on your preferred method.
