The Orders module on the POS register is where cashiers and managers look up every transaction — in-store register sales and online orders placed through the customer-facing portal. Both flows live under one Orders tile but use different workflows: in-store orders are post-sale lookup/refund/void; online orders are active fulfillment management.

The Orders tile on the home screen displays a badge with the number of pending or new orders requiring attention.

Shared search and filters
Both tabs share a top-of-page search bar that accepts customer name, order ID, or card last 4. A filter icon next to the search bar opens advanced filters — by date range, order amount, day, and payment type (Store tab) or by order status (Online tab).
