Each user in the Quickvee system is assigned a unique 4-digit PIN code. This PIN is essential for accessing personal permissions, performing authorized actions, and logging activity under the correct employee profile.
When is the PIN Used?
π At App Launch
- Upon launching the Quickvee app, users will be prompted to enter their 4-digit PIN to log in.
π Lock Screen (Quick Employee Switching)
- Tap the lock icon in the top right corner of the Register screen,
or:
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the Quickvee home screen, then select Lock Screen.
π Time Clock / Attendance
- Employees must enter their PIN to clock in or out, ensuring accurate tracking of hours and attendance.
- Access the Time Clock in two places:
- From the Quickvee home screen
- From the Register screen
- From the Quickvee home screen
πΌ Register Sales & Reporting
- All actions taken at the register are tied to the active userβs PIN.
