📊 Employee Reports

Quickvee tracks all activity performed under an employee's 4-digit PIN access code, making it easy to view detailed reports on employee performance, sales, hours, and shifts.

🔍 How to Access Employee Reports

You can access employee reports from either:

• Quickvee POS:

  Home Screen → Dashboard

• Quickvee Dashboard (Web or Mobile)

Steps:

1. Tap Dashboard.
2. On the left-hand menu, tap Reporting.
3. From the dropdown, select Employee Reports.
4. At the top of the screen, use the Employee Reports dropdown to select the report type you'd like to view.

🛠️ Filtering Your Reports

All reports include filters to help you narrow your results:

📅 Date Range Filters

• Set a Start Date and End Date for your reporting period.
• Or use quick options:
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days

📂 Category Filter (Available for select reports)

• Example: Employee Sales by Category
  • Lets you filter by specific product categories.

Once your filters are set, tap Search to generate your report.

📁 Available Report Types

👥 Employee List

• Displays a full list of all employees in your system by visiting "Employee Reports" in your "Dashboard" under "Reporting"

⏱️ Employee Hours

Track time worked for each employee by navigating to "Employee Reports" in the "Dashboard" then selecting "Employee hours" in the Drop down menu.

• Clock-in and clock-out times
• Date worked
• Total hours worked
• Break hours
• Actual worked hours (after subtracting breaks)

📦 Employee Sales by Category

Shows sales performance broken down by category:

• Select a specific employee or view all employees
• Scroll down to view total quantity sold and total dollar amount per category

💸 Discounts Per Employee

See all transactions involving discounts for a selected employee:

• Discount amount and type
• Item discount details
• Adjusted item price
• Order ID
• Date and time of each transaction

💰 Sales Per Employee

Provides a detailed sales summary for each employee:

• Net sales
• Cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Gross profit
• Margin percentage
• Tax collected

🧾 Employee Sales by Item

Breaks down each employee's transactions by Item:

• Product Name
• Gross Sales
• Cost
• Discount
• Net Sales
• Gross Margin
• Gross Profit
