🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Multi-Location Employees

Each employee in the Quickvee system has a unique 4-digit PIN access code. When this PIN is entered, the employee’s permissions become active, and all actions taken under that profile are recorded.

For business owners with multiple locations, Quickvee allows you to assign a single employee profile to multiple stores. This means employees can use one PIN code across all assigned locations—as long as the permissions remain the same—eliminating the need to create separate profiles for each store.

You can assign locations to an employee:

1. Select Dashboard
2. Select Employees
3. Select Manage Employees
4. Select the Permissions
5. Assign Employee to the Desired Store
6. Select Update
