Quickvee POS offers multiple ways to find and add products to a sale — via barcode scanner, UPC input, or name search — and gives merchants flexible quantity controls directly from the register.
Barcode scanning
Quickvee POS automatically detects a connected USB barcode scanner without any manual setup or activation. Once plugged in, the system continuously listens for scan input. Scanning a barcode instantly retrieves and adds the matching product to the cart.
Searching for products
Merchants can manually look up products using two search fields available at the top of the register:

Search by Product Name — Enter a keyword to find products by name

Search by UPC — Type in the barcode number to pull up an exact match

Browsing by category
Products are organized into categories such as Disposable Vapes, Cigarettes, CBD, and more. Tap any category to filter the product grid and then use scanning or search within that selection.

Checking stock quantity
To view the current stock level of any product without leaving the register, long-press (deep press) the product tile. A popup will appear showing:

Update the quantity of an item being added to the cart in two ways:
