Quickvee has a built-in system and dispatch center that allows you to offer delivery to your customers. Follow the steps below to enable and configure delivery for your store.
Enable Delivery
- Navigate to the Quickvee Dashboard.
- Go to Store Settings on the left-hand menu.
- Select Online Store Setup from the dropdown.
- Locate the Enable Delivery option and toggle it on.
Customize Your Delivery Settings
After enabling delivery, configure the following settings to match your store’s needs:
- Minimum Order Amount – Set the minimum purchase amount required for a customer to place a delivery order.
- Delivery Radius – Define the maximum distance (in miles) your store is willing to deliver to.
- Minimum & Maximum Delivery Time – Specify the estimated range of time (shortest and longest) that customers can expect to receive their orders.
- Convenience Fee (Optional) – Add an additional charge to all delivery orders if desired.
Choose a Delivery Fee Structure
You can select from two types of delivery fees:
- Flat Fee – A fixed amount charged on every delivery order.
- Per Mile Fee – A variable charge based on the distance traveled. Enter the dollar amount per mile.
Additional Delivery Options
- Enable Default Tip – Set a default percentage tip that will appear on every delivery order.
- Enable Future Orders – Allow customers to place delivery orders for a future date, even when your store is closed. You can set how many days in advance customers can order.
Save Your Settings
Once you have configured all your delivery preferences, tap Update in the bottom right to save your changes.
