From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit access code.

Tap Dashboard.

Tap Alerts.

Scroll to Online Order Status.

Checkmark the statuses you want to notify customers about:

Accepted

Packaging
-
Ready / Out for Delivery

Delivered / Completed
-
Cancelled

Choose your notification method:

Email
-
SMS
-
-
Enter the phone number that will appear as the sender for SMS updates.

Enable or disable default SMS notifications for order status updates.

Tap Update to save your preferences.
