🏆 Add or Remove Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are saved under each customer’s profile in the Quickvee POS. You can manually add or remove pointsanytime as needed.

🔐 1. Access Customer Loyalty Info

1. From the Quickvee Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit pin access code.

2. Tap Customers.

3. Use the search bar to find the customer you want to update.

4. Tap on the customer’s profile.

➕➖ 2. Adjust Loyalty Points

5. Tap Loyalty Point Balance.

6. Tap Add/Remove Points.

7. Enter the number of points you’d like to add or remove.

8. Tap Apply.

✅ You’ve successfully updated the customer’s loyalty points!
